The Diagnosis module provides a list of possible diagnoses used during medical evaluations. It allows HSO personnel to view, add, edit, delete, and export diagnosis records for efficient patient assessment and record management.
📄️ Medicines
The Medicine module allows Health Service Office (HSO) personnel to manage the list of medicines available in the system. This includes adding new medicines, updating existing records, and removing outdated entries. It also keeps track of each medicine’s dosage for proper reference.
