List of Class Offerings

Displays list of offered classes of each department and program for the current term.

The List of Class Offerings module enable the students to view all available classes for a specific term. This module is useful when students are planning for their schedule before registration. This module displays a list of offered classes for each department and program in the current term, helping the students find the right course based on their academic requirements.

Required Permission​

  • List of Class Offerings - This permission allows the user to access and view the module. Users with this access can search for classes filter by term and department, view class details, and check the seat availablity.

Module Features​

  • Search for Classes - Use filters like section code and course code to find classes easily.

  • Filter by Term and Department - View class offerings categorized by department and program for the specific term.

  • Check Availability - See if a class still has open slots before registration.

How to access the module?​

To access the module, make sure you have the List of Class Offerings permission. If it doesn’t appear in your portal, request access from your System Administrator.

To access the module go to Students > List of Class Offferings

Click the module tab to redirect to List of Class Offerings page.

How to View List of Class Offerings​

To see available classes for the current term, follow the steps below.

STEP 1. Log in to NUIS student portal and click on the Student module tab.

STEP 3. Use the filters to find specific courses by subject and department.

INFORMATION

For students who wishes to take classes offered from other colleges, proper procedure of advising of classes under that college should be observed. Use the filtering options below to search for a specific term, college, program, or combination of programs.

Frequently Asked Questions​

Q1: Can I register for the class offerings offered by other department?

Consult first from your Enrollment Adviser if they will allow you to take subject offering by other department

Q2: Why is there no subjects offering from my department?

It may be possible that they are still preparing the class schedules for your department. Kindly seek assistance from your Program Chair.
