The Change of Grade / Official Dropped module lets authorized users manage student grades after they’ve been finalized. This is usually used for corrections, adjustments, or officially dropping a student.

The Faculty Loading Reports module is designed for Program Chair (PC), Deans, HR, FSO personnel. It allows you to generate detailed reports of faculty teaching loads—whether per faculty, per department, or per subject.
The Faculty Manual module allows authorized personnel to manage faculty manuals in the system. This includes uploading new manuals, editing existing ones, and removing outdated files. Manuals uploaded here can be accessed with specific groups of users who are allowed to view or download them.

The Faculty Ranking Application module is used by faculty members to apply for promotion or ranking within the institution. This process allows users to submit their application online and track their application status.

The Sections / Advisers module is used to manage SHS sections information and to assign advisers to them. Through this module, student groups are kept organized and each section is ensured to have the appropriate faculty adviser.
