The Advising module is used to register students into their classes or sections. This module is used also to generate the assessment that will be used by incoming continuing grade 12 students to pay their enrollment fees online.

The Change of Grade / Official Dropped module lets authorized users manage student grades after they’ve been finalized. This is usually used for corrections, adjustments, or officially dropping a student.

The Class Schedules module is where you set up and manage subject schedules for each term. It’s also where you can assign faculty loads and check or export class lists when needed.

The Evaluate Student Level module is used by Registrar Personnel to promote students to their next academic level. This feature helps keep student records updated and ensures that students are tagged correctly for enrollment in the upcoming term.

This module allows the user to create and manage academic subjects, including their codes, names, descriptions, categories, and computation rules. Subjects may also be grouped or paired depending on the curriculum design.
The Manage Submitted Requirements module is used by Admission and Registrar personnel to view, track, and organize student requirements. This module helps users easily identify submitted and lacking requirements, record submission details, and upload copies of documents for reference.

This could happen for various reasons, such as managing class sizes, optimizing the use of teachers and classrooms, or adjusting to changes in student enrollment.

The OTE Monitoring per class module lets you quickly check the OTE progress of each class section. This is where you can see how many students have already completed their evaluation and how far each class is in terms of percentage completion.
This module lets you check the progress and status of the Online Teachers Evaluation (OTE) for each faculty member. It helps you see who has already been evaluated, how many students have completed their evaluations, and which faculty still need more submissions.
The OTE Summary per Faculty module displays all faculty members with their corresponding OTE ratings for a selected term and period. The summary can also be downloaded in PDF format for record-keeping or review purposes.

The Registration module is used only for incoming Grade 12 students. This is where they are officially registered to their assigned class and section, which allows them to proceed with enrollment.

The Sections / Advisers module is used to manage SHS sections information and to assign advisers to them. Through this module, student groups are kept organized and each section is ensured to have the appropriate faculty adviser.

This module is used by the Accounting & Registrar Offices in setting up student's fee schedules for enrollment payments.

The Student Strands module is used by Registrar Personnel to manage and record the strand attended by a student for each term. This ensures that a student’s academic strand history is accurate and properly documented per term.
The Student Voucher module is where SHS vouchers of students are managed. Through this module, you can easily check, update, and organize voucher details. It’s mainly used by registrar personnel who need to handle student voucher records.
The Subject Crediting module is used to manage students’ credited subjects. It handles the list of subjects submitted by applicants during their initial evaluation. The subjects shown here are considered the primary list for crediting.

The Survey Questions module is used by the Admission Office to manage the survey questions answered by Senior High School applicants (Grade 11 and Grade 12) during their admission application in NU Quest.

The Voucher Applications module is used by Registrar Personnel to manage and process voucher applications submitted by applicants through NU Quest.
